Blue Spring Properties, LLC is a single family real estate investment company active in the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. We are passionate about helping property sellers find solid solutions for real estate that has become a problem to them. To find our sellers the best possible solution for their situation, we work with our network of buyers to turn problems into opportunities.
Our Philosophy: We provide real estate solutions where everyone wins. Our business was built off of our reputation for dealing fairly with our sellers and on repeat business from our buyer network. One-sided deals have a way of falling apart before they close, and even if they don't, they certainly do not generate positive referrals or repeat business. In every deal, we make it a point to understand the objectives and challenges of each party so that everyone leaves the closing table better-off than when they came.
